Student Residence

The Aliki Perrotis Student Residence Hall offers a modern, suite-style living experience. Designed to support both independence and community, the residence brings students together in a safe, welcoming environment that quickly feels like home.

 

Students live in well-designed suites, each typically comprising two double rooms, with each bedroom featuring its own private bathroom, cooling, heating and individual balconies or terraces that are designed to ensure sun protection from the south in summer, while allowing the sun to enter in the winter months. The rooms within each suite are connected by a shared living area, creating a comfortable space for relaxing, studying, and socializing with roommates. This layout balances privacy with everyday interaction, making it ideal for student life.

AFS University of Science & Technology awards scholarships based on academic excellence and social criteria, taking into account both academic performance and individual or family financial circumstances.

Applicants for a scholarship are required to submit official financial documentation for both parents or legal guardians (where applicable). This includes a copy of the most recent Income Tax Assessment Notice and a copy of the most recent Greek Property Ownership Declaration (E9 Form). If only one parent or legal guardian is financially responsible for the applicant, the relevant supporting documentation must be provided accordingly. All documents must be valid, complete, and officially issued by the competent authorities.
