At the heart of academic life, the 'Dimitris & Aliki Perrotis' Library is far more than a place to study; it is a vibrant learning hub designed to support teaching, research, collaboration, and lifelong learning. With thoughtfully designed spaces and advanced digital services, the Library empowers students, faculty, and staff to explore knowledge, develop critical skills and succeed academically.

A Space Designed for Learning and Collaboration


Located on the first floor of Princeton Hall, the Library spans approximately 1,000 sq.m. and offers a flexible environment for both individual and group work. Quiet study areas coexist with collaborative spaces, computer labs, and meeting rooms, supporting a wide range of academic activities. The Library features 70 individual study seats, group study rooms, a Learning Commons, computer labs, a conference room, and an amphitheater, creating an inspiring setting for focused learning and teamwork. A modern Digital Studio for audio and video recording allows users to create content for academic projects and creative work.

A World of Resources at Your Fingertips


The Library provides access to approximately 17,000 printed books in Greek and English, carefully selected to support the University’s academic programs. In addition, users benefit from extensive digital collections, including eBooks and internationally recognized academic databases in food science, environmental studies, business, and life sciences. Key electronic databases with relevant resources include Food Science Source, Environment Complete, GreenFILE, Business Source Premier, and ScienceDirect, along with over 394,000 eBooks.

Modern Technology and Smart Access


Students and faculty enjoy access to desktop computers, laptops, tablets, wireless internet, printing and scanning facilities, a 3D printer, and audiovisual equipment throughout the Library. Print resources are easily discoverable through the Library's online catalog 'Koha'. E-resources are available through the unified EBSCO Discovery Service, with off-campus access via the OpenAthens authentication process.
